Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please read through the following return conditions:
Returnable Items
Scarf(s) and related accessories purchased from Hare are eligible for return, provided they are in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
The product(s) should be returned in their original packaging and must not have any visible signs of wear.
Timeframe
Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date you received your order. Any requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for return.
Condition of the Product
Returns will only be accepted if the items are in new, resellable condition, meaning they must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact. Any product that has been used, worn, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
Invoice and Packaging
The original invoice and packing slip must accompany your return. If you’re unable to find the original packing slip, please include your order number and any other identifying details to help us locate your purchase in our system.
Shipping Fees
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping through our preferred courier. Returns for damaged items must be made using this carrier.
Non-Defective Returns
If you're returning an item because it simply didn’t meet your expectations, the shipping fees for the return will be at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is properly processed.

Initiating a Return
To start the return process, please fill out the return form available on our website or reach out to us via email at info@printedbynature.com. We’ll provide you with all the necessary instructions for returning your item.
Packaging Your Return
Please make sure your scarf and any related items are securely packaged to prevent damage during the return transit. If the item is returned in packaging that is damaged or unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to decline the return.
Return Shipping Address
Once your return has been authorized, we’ll send you the appropriate return address. Ensure that all return items, including the scarf(s), invoice, and delivery note, are included when shipping the product back to us.
Refund Process
Refund Method
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
Refund Amount
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order before it ships, we will issue a full refund immediately.
If the order has already been shipped, the return policy applies, and the refund will be processed once we’ve received the returned items.
