This contract defines the terms and conditions under which Hare sells and delivers its handcrafted scarves to the Buyer, who has ordered these items through the Hare website. The agreement also covers the sale price, payment methods, and delivery conditions. The Buyer acknowledges receipt of all product details, including pricing, features, and the right to withdraw from the purchase, as well as confirming the acceptance of these terms when placing the order.

ARTICLE 3 - AGREEMENT DATE

This agreement is considered effective once the Buyer electronically confirms it by submitting an order on the Harewebsite. A copy of the agreement will be emailed to the Buyer.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY OF GOODS/SERVICES

The goods purchased will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer. Delivery will occur as soon as possible, typically within 30 days of placing the order, unless otherwise stated.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery charges are generally borne by the Buyer. If a promotion offers free shipping, the Seller will cover the cost. Products will be delivered once payment is confirmed. If payment is not received, the Seller is under no obligation to fulfill the order.

ARTICLE 6 - BUYER’S COMMITMENTS

The Buyer agrees to inspect the items upon delivery. Damaged, broken, or defective goods must be reported before acceptance from the delivery service. If the Buyer decides to return the goods, they must not be used or worn. The original invoice must accompany the return.

ARTICLE 7 - SELLER’S COMMITMENTS

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are delivered in a perfect condition, complete, and in accordance with the specifications outlined at the time of purchase. In case of product defects, Hare will repair or replace the items within the warranty terms.

ARTICLE 8 - PRODUCT DETAILS

The characteristics of the products, including type, design, quantity, color, and pricing, are clearly described on the Hare website and in the invoice provided to the Buyer.

ARTICLE 9 - PAYMENT TERMS

The Buyer agrees to pay for the goods through the chosen payment method on the Hare website. In case of credit card payments, any installment options will follow the terms established between the Buyer and the credit card provider.

ARTICLE 10 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by notifying Hare via email at info@hare.shop. To complete the withdrawal, the product must be returned undamaged and with the original invoice within 14 days of notifying the Seller.

ARTICLE 11 - NON-RETURNABLE GOODS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. Scarves that are returned without their original packaging or if damaged during use cannot be refunded.

ARTICLE 12 - DEFAULT AND CONSEQUENCES

If the Buyer fails to make the payment as agreed, they will be liable for any late fees or interest as per the bank’s terms. The Buyer agrees to compensate the Seller for any damage or legal costs incurred due to delayed payments.

ARTICLE 13 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through consumer arbitration committees for amounts below the statutory limit or through consumer courts for higher values.

This agreement is subject to updates, and any changes will be published on the Hare website.
